We recommend you submit your orders as soon as possible. All systems will be operational again as of Monday, November 26th.
Please note that Nov. 23rd (Friday) will be treated as a non-operations day. Thus, repair orders placed between the 20th Nov. and 22nd Nov. will subsequently require a 4-day turnaround time. We will not charge you for the repair if we fail to return to you within the 4-day timeframe.
