We recommend you submit your orders as soon as possible. All systems will be operational again as of Monday, November 26th.
How can we assist when you cannot order?
You will not be able to reach Customers Service as usual during our regular service hours. Our team will be available to answer any enquires and take orders that can only be entered in our system as of Monday November 26.
Website and App
You will still be able to find product information and download documents on the Hilti Website. Please note that you cannot login into your account during this period.
The Hilti Mobile App will be offline.
You will be able to reach your local Sales Representative as usual during our regular service hours.
Important information regarding our 3-Day promise
November 23rd (Friday) will be treated as a non-operations day. Thus, repair orders placed between the 20th Nov and 22nd Nov will subsequently require a 4-day turnaround time.
We will not charge you for the repair if we fail to return to you within the 4-day timeframe.
