Features & Applications

Features

  • Unbeatable grip and agility – TE 2-22 is our lightest and slimmest cordless rotary hammer, with improved in-line pistol grip designed to help you work in cramped quarters without the muscle strain
  • Virtually dust-free drilling – when used with a Hilti DRS-D or DRS-S dust removal attachment or hollow drill bit and compatible Hilti vacuum cleaner
  • Improved drilling precision – LED light provides better visibility of your work area, and the enhanced grip provides more comfortable control
  • On the Nuron battery platform – cordless tools without compromise thanks to longer-lasting batteries, power-saving drill bits and a range of services to keep you productive, today and tomorrow
  • Virtually dust-free drilling – OSHA 1925.1153 Table 1 compliant when used with a hollow drill bit or Hilti DRS-D or DRS-S attachment and compatible Hilti vacuum cleaner

Applications

  • Drilling into concrete and masonry, especially overhead or in tight spaces
  • Interior finishing – installing drywall track and suspended ceilings
  • Metal fabrication – fastening metal fixtures to concrete, such as handrails, staircases, sun blinds and safety barriers
  • Electrical and telecom – installing cables, switchgear, outlet boxes and lights
  • Any smaller drilling jobs, when cordless convenience and comfortable handling is more efficient overall than minimizing the time-per-fastening
